"By being part of Pro Bono Students Canada, you are part of one of the most visionary undertakings I've seen in 40 years at the bar." - Justice Rosalie Silberman Abella, Supreme Court of Canada

The Family Law Project (FLP) is one of PBSC’s signature initiatives, an innovative and multiple award-winning program that for the past 20 years has been providing meaningful access to the family court system for unrepresented litigants.

In a commentary in the Ottawa Citizen, Nikki Gershbain, National Director of PBSC, and Dean Edward Iacobucci write about the valuable role students can play in ensuring access to justice and the need to support these efforts.
